Hey there!
I'm Steph, and I'm super excited to tell you a bit about myself. I work as an Independent NDIS Support Coordinator and Specialist Support Coordinator, helping NDIS participants all across the stunning Northern Territory.
With over 10 years of experience in the Community Services Sector, I've gained heaps of knowledge in complex Support Coordination, navigating the NDIS system, and working closely with important stakeholders and organisations in the Northern Territory. I genuinely care about creating the best possible outcomes for my clients, building their capacity, and promoting choice & control.
My journey began working in Aged Care, where I was a carer, team leader, and worked in management roles. Through continuous learning and development, I moved into the Disability field, where I discovered that is where my true passion lies.
I've had the pleasure of working with a diverse range of participants under Corrections, Youth & Justice, Forensic Disability, Territory Families & Housing, NDIS Complex Support Needs Pathway, Aged Care, and Early Intervention.
I have qualifications in Aged Care, Home Care, Community Services, Mental Health, Customer Relations, and am currently studying a Dual Bachelor's Degree in Psychological Science & Sociology.
Originally from Melbourne, Victoria, I moved to Darwin in 2017. Since then, I've fallen completely in love with the unique landscape and laid-back lifestyle of the Territory. In my spare time, you can catch me exploring the great outdoors, fishing, camping, or playing with my adorable little Cavoodle, Marley.
Hey there, it's Marley!
I'm the happiest and most pampered Cavoodle in all of Darwin.
My favorite things in the world are getting those oh-so-satisfying bum scratches, munching on some yummy treats, and keeping my mum company while she does her work. She can be so boring sometimes!
